Hi I really like the Cleanr theme. Thanks a lot for your work!
Here comes a rather long text but it's basically two wishes. It might be a bit much to ask for but it would be great if we could develop the Cleanr theme even further.
1. Gallery view with full content width on first page - I guess it's a bit tough
2. Simpler and categorised top nav (to get full usability of the gallery view)
I am trying to make a child theme to Cleanr.
I have made some changes and so far I am very pleased with the result.
But I would also like to make some changes / additions.
I am somewhere between beginner to ok with CSS but I am not used to PHP.

1. I would like to have a gallery on the first page with full width (no sidebar).
I have tried some WS plugins but nothing worked or looked like they way I wanted.
I would like a gellery start like Woothmes Objects startpage.
http://www.woothemes.com/2009/09/object/
Thumbnails of the latests posts images and titles below. Woothemes makes the homepage of Object theme great but then it get's all messed up.
When the start page is full navigation buttons should appear at the bottom, something like the standard ones of the CSS Gallery theme, demo: http://www.botwg.com .
And preferably an extremely plain footer, like just a hr and below the blog name and a link to Cleanr.

2. I would like to edit the top navigation to be like this:
Directly below blog name and description:
Home, Blog and Selected categories to the left (with no subcategories) and wp_list_pages and RSS to the right.
Example
Home Blog Category 1 Category 2 Category 2 About RSS
Home leads to a gallery view of all the latest post in all categories (except those marked blog and categories that are excluded from topnav), blog leads to the ordinary display of blog posts but Category 1 shows a full width gallery of selected category.
Visual example:

I noticed skateonline and MarkNNelsons posts and tried those but I couldt make it all the way.

The Unstandard theme is close to my wishes, but I prefer the Cleanr theme :D and I would like to make a sub theme to it.

Derek Punsalan uses Darren Hoyt’s timthumb script for autmatically generate thumbnails: which might be good for Cleanr as well: http://www.darrenhoyt.com/2008/04/02/timthumb-php-script-released/
The Unstandard theme also has a clever buttons to previous and next post when you are reading an single post.
I would be extremely thankful if someone could help med
